Why pay when my profile is already listed?
Today it shows public information only. Clients can’t contact you, and the details may be out of date. Claiming puts your firm in control and turns visitors into enquiries.
Will this replace my website?
No. It points clients to it. Your profile links straight to your site.
Who sees this?
Clients and lawyers searching the network for counsel in your country and practice areas.
What happens after I pay?
On Elite and Prestige plans the profile is handed to your account as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, and we email you one link to choose your password (it also confirms your email and signs you in). You can edit it straight away. Our team then reviews the claim; if we cannot confirm that you represent Koning Zollar LLP, the claim is reversed and the payment refunded in full.We email you one link to choose your password; it also confirms your email and signs you in. A second email confirms the claim is being checked. Once our team confirms that you represent Koning Zollar LLP, the profile is handed over and you can edit it.
How long does the review take?
There is no wait on Elite and Prestige plans: the profile is yours at once and our check happens afterwards. On Essential the claim waits for that check. It is a manual check by our team, so there is no fixed time; we email you as soon as it is done. To speed it up, reply to our email from an address at the firm’s own domain, or with a link to a page that names you. Claims made while signed in with a verified email at the firm’s domain need no review.
Is the fee charged every year?
Yes. It is an annual administrative fee that renews automatically each year on the card you pay with. You can turn off renewal any time from Billing in your dashboard: the profile then stays live to the end of the paid year and you are not charged again.
What if this is not my firm?
Please do not claim it. Search for your own profile, or join as a new member. Every claim is checked: if we cannot confirm that you represent the firm, the claim is refused and the payment refunded in full.
What do I need to have ready?
Only your email and card, which Stripe asks for. Your logo, overview, photos and contact details can be added after the hand-over, at your own pace.
