1. Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California) give you rights over your personal data. These may include:

2. Free correction & removal

If a listing or record about you is inaccurate, out of date, or you want it removed, we will action legitimate requests at no cost. You do not need a paid account, and we will not ask you to buy anything to correct your own information.

3. How to make a request

Send your request to [email protected] and tell us:

• Which right you wish to exercise (access, correction, deletion, etc.).
• The profile URL or details that identify the record.
• Enough information for us to locate the data and confirm your identity.

4. Verifying your identity

To protect your data we may need to verify your identity, or your authority to act on behalf of a firm, before we act on a request. We ask only for what is necessary and use it solely to process your request.

5. Our response time

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to respond substantively within the timeframe required by the applicable law — generally within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA/CPRA). If we need more time or cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why.

6. Complaints & representatives
