The network covers more than 240 jurisdictions in 210+ countries, with more than 141,000 law firms and 175,000 office locations. Global Law Lists was founded in 2024.

Only member law firms and lawyers are verified, under our verification methodology. All other profiles are compiled from public sources and remain unverified until the firm or lawyer claims them.

Whatever a profile shows, confirm a lawyer’s registration with the relevant bar association or law society before you instruct them.

No. We are a legal network and information platform — not a law firm, and not a lawyer referral service. Nothing on the site is legal advice, and contacting a listed firm or lawyer through it does not create a lawyer-client relationship with us. See our disclaimer.

Yes. Searching the network, viewing profiles, and reading our insights is completely free for the public. You never need an account to find and contact a listed firm or lawyer.

Search by name, country or practice area, or browse the network: law firms by region, by country and by practice area. Each profile shows how to contact the firm or lawyer directly.

Legal professionals can create a listing from the List your firm page. You choose a membership tier, complete your profile, and submit it. Paid tiers add visibility and profile features; the tier you hold is a commercial arrangement and is disclosed on your profile.

If your firm or profile already appears on the platform, you can claim it through the “Claim your listing” option on the profile. Once ownership is confirmed you can manage and update it.

Tier badges such as “Elite Members” and “Prestige Members” show the paid membership plan a member has chosen. Listings are ordered by membership level: Prestige, then Elite, then Essential members, then profiles that have not been claimed. Global Law Awards rankings are decided separately by our editors and are never affected by membership. Verification badges are separate: they show that a member has been verified under our verification methodology, confirming the stated facts at the time of checking. We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws including the GDPR and CCPA. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you at any time — see Your Data Rights for how to make a request (email [email protected] with the subject “Data rights request”).

If a listing contains inaccurate information, or you want it removed, contact us and we will action legitimate requests free of charge. We may ask you to verify your identity or authority to act for the firm before making changes.
