Our specialization lies in structuring and developing deals for major infrastructure projects across the region, including project financing, due diligence, regulatory approvals, contract drafting, and dispute resolution. Our lawyers are qualified to appear before the Supreme Courts of both Thailand and Myanmar.
Led by Mr. Chiridacha Phungsunthorn, our team includes ten Thai lawyers, five Myanmar lawyers, and six advisors—many of whom are graduates from prestigious universities in Thailand, Myanmar, the UK, and the USA.
