Before founding the firm, Amal worked for one of Africa's largest banks, managing litigation matters and safeguarding the bank's interests. She also gained significant expertise at a prominent notary office in Casablanca, where she drafted and managed real estate contracts, ensuring compliance with land registry formalities.

Amal holds a Master’s degree in international business law and a doctorate in law and international relations, equipping her to meet the needs of both local and foreign clients. Since 2017, she has also been a lecturer at Hassan II University in Casablanca, teaching law and international relations.
