Yves Constant AMANI is an award-winning international business lawyer and recognised expert in investment law, corporate law, project finance, and emerging technologies. As Managing Partner of YAC & Partners, a firm he founded in 2024, Yves has been assisting a diverse international clientele since 2025 with complex transactions and strategic projects. Known for his innovative approach, he integrates the latest advancements in artificial intelligence applied to law, delivering tailored and effective legal solutions.

His professional experience includes leading major transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors as Managing Partner at YAC & Partners. He has also made significant contributions to the 2024 Chambers Practice Guides, covering Corporate Governance, Business Immigration, and Project Finance. Previously, as Head of the Advisory and Structuring Department at BAO & Fils, he provided strategic guidance on public-private partnerships and cross-border projects in Guinea while overseeing due diligence processes and contract negotiations.

Yves holds an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Cumbria, UK (2024), an MBA in Corporate Finance from EDC Business School, Paris (2019), and a Master’s Degree in Private Law (specialising in Business Law) from the Catholic University of West Africa, Côte d’Ivoire (2009).
